Terms & Booking Policies

These Terms & Booking Policies outline the guidelines, responsibilities, and expectations associated with services provided by The RAW NK Experience.

By submitting an inquiry, booking services, scheduling a consultation, or making payment through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Booking Policies.

Scope Of Services

     The RAW NK Experience offers travel planning, consultation, and concierge-style services tailored to each client.

We act as an independent travel planner and facilitate bookings through third-party providers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

Planning Fee Policy

     All planning, consultation, and research fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

These fees cover the time, expertise, and resources invested in designing your travel experience and are not dependent on booking confirmation.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Participating in an initial consultation or discovery call
• Conducting research for your trip (destinations, flights, hotels, activities, etc.)
• Creating, drafting, or sending any itinerary, proposal, or travel options
• Communicating with hotels, airlines, or other vendors for your trip
• Providing recommendations, quotes, or curated travel ideas

Once any of the above actions take place, services are considered started immediately.

Payment Terms

     Full payment for planning services is required prior to the start of itinerary development, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including major debit/credit cards and third-party payment providers such as Affirm, Klarna, Sezzle, and PayPal.

By selecting a third-party payment provider, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are entering a separate agreement with that provider
• All payment plans, installments, interest, and fees are determined solely by the provider
• The RAW NK Experience is not responsible for any payment disputes, declined transactions, fees, or financing terms associated with these services

All payments made toward planning services are non-refundable, regardless of the payment method selected.

Failure to complete payment may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation of services.

No Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

     By purchasing our services, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with your bank, credit card company, or third-party payment provider for services that have already been rendered.

You acknowledge that:

• Planning services are intangible, time-based, and delivered upon commencement of work
• Once services have started, the value of the service has been received

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute:

• The RAW NK Experience reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate all services.
• You agree to remain responsible for the full balance owed, including any fees incurred as a result of the dispute.
• We reserve the right to provide documentation, communications, and proof of services rendered to the financial institution to contest the dispute.
• Additional administrative or legal fees may be applied where permitted by law

Proposal Revisions

     Each client proposal includes one complimentary revision. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees, depending on the scope of changes requested.

Travel Pricing & Availability Disclaimer

     All pricing, availability, and travel details are subject to change without notice until reservations are confirmed and secured.

The RAW NK Experience is not responsible for price fluctuations, supplier changes, or currency variations.

Third-Party Vendors

     All travel services are fulfilled by third-party providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, transportation services, and tour operators.

By booking through The RAW NK Experience, you acknowledge that:

• Third-party vendors operate independently
• We do not control their operations or policies
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, errors, or service failures caused by these providers

Any disputes regarding services rendered must be addressed directly with the respective vendor when applicable.

Refund Policy

     All planning services, consultation fees, and service charges are strictly non-refundable.

Refunds for travel bookings (including flights, hotels, or excursions) are subject solely to the terms and conditions of the third-party provider.

Client Responsibility

     Clients are solely responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Reviewing all travel documents and booking details prior to confirmation
• Ensuring valid passports, visas, and required travel documentation
• Meeting all health, vaccination, and entry requirements

The RAW NK Experience is not responsible for any issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete client-provided information.

Communication & Response Time

     Clients can expect responses within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Changes & Cancellations

     Any changes or cancellations requested after bookings have been confirmed are subject to:

• Third-party vendor policies
• Applicable change or cancellation fees

We do not guarantee that changes can be accommodated once reservations are finalized.

Limitation of Liability

     To the fullest extent permitted by law, The RAW NK Experience shall not be held liable for:

• Travel delays, interruptions, or cancellations
• Loss, injury, or damages incurred during travel
• Acts of God, natural disasters, weather conditions, pandemics, or unforeseen events
• Errors or omissions by third-party vendors

Insurance Notice

     Important: All participants are strongly encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage for both events and travel. This includes, but is not limited to, trip cancellation, medical, and personal liability insurance. By participating, you acknowledge that RAW NK Experience is not responsible for any loss, injury, or expenses incurred during travel or at the event.

We highly recommend reviewing your insurance options and ensuring adequate coverage before attending.

Right to Refuse Service

     The RAW NK Experience reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time, at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate conduct, non-payment, or violation of any these terms.

Policy Updates

     We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Booking Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates are effective immediately upon posting.

Acceptance of Terms

    By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Payment Terms & Chargeback Policy, and that you waive the right to dispute charges for services that have been properly delivered.

By checking this box, I acknowledge that services are considered started once The RAW NK Experience begins work on my behalf, including research, itinerary creation, consultations, or communication with vendors. I understand that all fees are non-refundable and I agree not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes.
